Are you as big a fan of Stevie Wonder as we are?! Then risk coming out Friday the 13th for a rocking' Forte Friday Funday! On Friday January 13th, Forte Dance is hosting it's monthly night of West Coast Swing workshops and social dancing! Both workshops will be taught tomorrow by Forte owner Tessa Antolini. Level 1 (for those who have never danced WCS or wish to brush up their fundamental techniques) begins at 7:45pm; Level 2 (for those who are confident in their basic pushes, passes, and whips) at 8:30pm. Social dancing starts at 9:30pm with some killer new tunes brought to you fresh from the DJ's of Europe (Tessa will have been at Budafest in Hungary, Shazaming the best of the best)! We dance until we're hungry, then head down the street for drinks and eats at Uno's at the Burlington Mall.
Workshops & Dance $10 for adults $5 for students with active ID
Forte Dance is located within New England Movement Arts at 123 Muller Rd. in Burlington, MA, 01803. The Level 1 workshop will be held in the small ballroom to the left of the front desk; Level 2 and the dance will take place in the large ballroom down the hall. Arrive early to warm yourself up!
